Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to the use of the services of CallAssistant (hereinafter referred to as "Provider"). By using our services, you agree to these terms. Deviating conditions of the user are not recognized unless the provider expressly agrees to their validity in writing.

Service Description

The provider offers an AI-powered telephony solution. The exact scope of services results from the respective service description at the time of contract conclusion.

We are entitled to change, expand or restrict the services at any time if this is necessary for technical reasons or to ensure the security and stability of the system.

Liability

The provider is liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, the provider is only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).

We are only liable for the loss of data in accordance with the above paragraphs if such a loss could not have been avoided by reasonable data backup measures on the part of the user.

Final Provisions

The law of the Swiss Confederation applies. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, insofar as legally permissible.

Should individual provisions of this contract be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
